We’ve released a new low-poly 3D model pack with 320+ assets for building infernal locations. Ready-made demo scene with multiple zones connected by bridges over lava. We tested it on PC, mobile devices, and VR. AI navigation included in Unity version. NPCs patrol territories, demons guard zones, and warrior groups battle enemies.

What’s inside:

  • 18 characters with 120 animations (compatible with Mixamo) – three warring factions
  • 80 interactive props (chests, potions, crystals, collectibles)
  • 125 decorative elements for level design (bridges, portals, cages, mechanisms)
  • 33 mountains and rocks for landscapes

Why three factions?

We didn’t want just “hell monsters.” We created three distinct armies with their own visual identity: crystalline ice warriors with blue glow, lava creatures with molten cracks, and classic red demons with chains and skull masks. Each faction has the same character types (demons, elementals, scorpions, imps, insects) but completely different looks. You can create territorial wars, alliance systems, or let players choose their side.

Wait, imps riding beetles?

Yes. Imps are 1.5-meter builders and warriors. Insects are armored beetles with spikes. We gave imps “ride idle” and “ride move” animations because… why not? It’s a practical mount for small characters and looks hilarious when an imp army charges on beetles.

Is the demo scene actually playable?

The Unity version has full AI navigation. Demons patrol their zones performing idles and attacks. Warriors move in groups of three across ALL zones, hunting enemies. When they spot one, they engage in combat. Enemy falls, respawns later, warriors move to next target. You can control the main character with mouse clicks—click to move, click on enemy to attack. It’s not just a showcase, it’s a working prototype.

Why only 1.9K triangles per model?

Because we tested this in VR. Real-world proportions, smooth performance on Quest 2, no compromises. The entire scene runs at 419K triangles total. You can build sprawling levels without performance anxiety. Plus the hand-painted low-poly style just looks better than trying to fake realism on mobile.
