      The demo scene you saw in the screenshots is actually included in all of the main formats ​- Blender, C4D, Maya, 3DSMax, FBX, OBJ, GLTF, and STL. From our records, we noticed that you downloaded the Separate assets – OBJ and textures. These are indeed just individual OBJ models with textures, provided for convenience when you need the files separately ​- not the complete demo scene.
