We’ve released Cartoon City, the most extensive asset pack in our library so far. In total, it includes 2070 assets designed to cover all core needs for building a stylized urban environment.

Every game dev or 3D artist who’s tried to build a city from scratch knows the pain: you need buildings, but also sidewalks, benches, trees, traffic lights, cars, people walking around, and a hundred other things before a scene starts to feel alive. We wanted to solve that entire problem in one pack – not just the geometry, but the motion and the atmosphere too.

What’s in the box

The core of Cartoon City is over 600 unique city assets. We’re talking buildings of various themes, purposes, and sizes – residential blocks, commercial towers, small shops, public buildings. But a city isn’t just buildings, so we included infrastructure, landscape elements, public spaces, props, landmarks, banners, and sports facilities. On top of that, there are 60 vehicles: yachts, boats, and a liner for the waterfront; regular and high-speed trains; cars, buses, trucks, and special vehicles for the streets.

Then there are the people. The City Characters Pack gives you 300 pre-built 3D characters covering a wide range of ages, body types, and skin tones. More than 1,100 clothing assets let you dress them however you want, and we’ve included a customization tool so you can mix and match efficiently. Each character comes with a movement controller, animations, facial expressions, and access to 100+ props, animals, and icons.

And because no city is complete without its wildlife — we added over 30 animated animals, from household pets and pigeons on the sidewalk to zoo residents.

Performance without compromise

Cartoon City was designed from the start to run everywhere. Optimized meshes, minimal textures, and simple shaders mean smooth performance across mobile, VR/AR, PC, and consoles. Stylized doesn’t have to mean expensive.

Bring the city to life (Unity)

For Unity developers, we’ve built two spline-based movement systems that turn a static scene into a dynamic one.

The Urban Traffic Movement System lets vehicles follow predefined curved paths with built-in interaction logic between cars. Set up convincing road activity in minutes – no custom movement scripts required.

The Urban Character Movement System works similarly for pedestrians. Create closed splines, assign character groups, and watch natural-looking foot traffic emerge. You control speed, quantity, and spacing.

Both systems work on URP, HDRP, and Built-in render pipelines, with separate files provided for Unity 2021+ and 6000+.

The Demo Scene

Everything you see in our trailer and screenshots is included as a playable demo scene. It’s a great way to explore how the assets fit together and to jumpstart your own project.
