Creative Characters Free

This is the free version of Creative Characters: a pack of 30 mix-and-match parts you can combine by hand or randomize with the Character Customization Tool.

It comes with 14 animations and facial animation support, so you change expressions by swapping the face model. The rig is humanoid, so it drops straight into Mixamo and similar libraries. You get full-body outfits, hairstyles, accessories, and the rest. All told, the parts combine into 20,736 different characters.

Free Character Models Features

• 30 assets that can be combined with each other which allows you to create a huge number of unique characters. Pick the appropriate assets or generate a random character using our Character Customization Tool.
• Animations: 14 unique animations suitable for a variety of gameplay scenarios.
  The pack includes a ready-to-use animation controller (third person controller) that can be seamlessly integrated into your project.
• Facial Animation: Facial expressions can be changed by swapping the face model.
• Rig: The model uses a Humanoid rig type, allowing you to apply a wide variety of animations, including those available in the Mixamo library.
• Optimization: The model features an optimized mesh with a low polygon count and a single texture.

14 Animations

• 3 Base Poses: Idle_Breathing, Idle_Look_Around, Idle_Relaxed.
• 8 Movements: Walk_Forward, Walk_Backward, Run_Forward, Run_Backward, Run_Left, Run_Right, Strafe_Left, Strafe_Right.
• 3 Jumps: Jump_Start, Jump_Loop, Jump_End.

Character Customization Tool

Browse every asset, see it on the model as you go, or roll a random character. Everything’s sorted into categories: full-body outfits, faces, outerwear, t-shirts, pants, hats, shoes, hairstyles, glasses, gloves, mustaches, and accessories. Switch on only the ones you want — just shoes, a hairstyle, and glasses, for instance.

The tool won’t let you stack things that clash, like a full-body outfit and a jacket (pick one). A short how-to guide is included.
