Do you support exporting to USD format for use in AR applications on iOS?

We provide several file formats from which you can export to USD — blend, ma, c4d. I would recommend Blender, starting from version 2.82, as it has built-in export to USD (we use this option ourselves). Cinema 4D supports USD export starting from R23. Maya will require plugins.

As a 3D student, this pack is a great learning tool. Really shows what good topology and form should look like.

I want a refund. Not because the asset quality is poor the asset itself is actually very good. However, there is literally zero proper support for Unreal Engine. The rig is completely messed up, and you cannot even properly retarget animations.

It has been 9 months, and many users have been asking for an updated rig, but nothing has changed. Every time we ask, we receive the same response:

“After completing our current high-priority tasks, we will begin updating our character models to use the Epic Skeleton.”

I honestly do not understand what could be more important than fixing a major issue that so many customers are repeatedly reporting. People have been constantly asking for updates, but instead of fixing existing Unreal Engine support, they keep focusing on releasing new packs.

If you are buying this asset for Unity, you are good to go you will receive excellent support. But if you are buying it for Unreal Engine, expect 0% support. No one responds with actual solutions, even on Discord. The only reply you get is “we will ask the developer,” and then nothing happens.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support and cannot recommend this asset for Unreal Engine users in its current state.

Thank you for the honest feedback.
You are right – Unreal Engine support for this pack is not where it should be, and the Epic Skeleton update has taken much longer than expected.

As a gesture of apology, we’ve issued a full refund for your order. You can keep using the asset. Sorry for the frustration, and thank you for taking the time to explain the issue clearly.
